Commercial Contracts & Terms and Conditions Coordinator

Tasks

• Reviewing customer contracts, purchase orders, and commercial terms and conditions
• Identifying potential contractual risks and deviations from company standards
• Flagging concerns and coordinating with Sales and Finance
• Maintaining organized contract records and tracking approvals

Requirements

• Someone with experience in commercial contracts, contract administration, procurement, or legal support who is comfortable reviewing contractual language and identifying potential concerns.

Schedule

• Permanent PART-TIME
• 16–24 hours/week
• Approximately 2–3 days/week in office

Pay

• $40–$55/hour
