Job description
The Sales, Marketing, and Events Director provides strategic direction and operational oversight for all sales, marketing, and event functions at Samoa Beach Resort. The role is accountable for driving occupancy, revenue growth, market visibility, and guest engagement by ensuring disciplined sales execution, effective marketing, and seamless event delivery.
As a key contributor to the Resort’s leadership team, the Director supports the General Manager. Owners, and Executive Committee with commercial insights and recommendations that balance guest experience, brand standards, and long-term profitability.
This role ensures that commercial strategy directly supports business objectives, owner priorities, and sustainable growth in a competitive hospitality environment.
