About the role

Bland Landscaping Company is seeking an Enhancement Installation Crew Leader to manage day-to-day operations for contracted projects. The role involves ensuring plantings, irrigation systems, and hardscapes are installed to industry standards and Bland Landscaping criteria. It is suited to a motivated leader who enjoys working outdoors, managing high-quality projects, and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate installation crews, fostering safety, efficiency, and professional pride.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications for installing plantings, lawns, irrigation systems, and hardscapes.
• Schedule daily work assignments, coordinate equipment and materials, and manage job site start-up and shut-down procedures.
• Lead by example in digging, tilling, planting, and handling bagged and bulk materials.
• Ensure truck and trailer standardization, maintain equipment, and oversee safe operation of company vehicles.
• Submit daily mobile timesheets (BOSS), manage project hours, and communicate with Production Managers using company technology.
