Mesa Premier Locksmith & Garage Repair LLC is hiring a Commercial Locksmith Specialist for contract work in Mesa, Arizona. This on-site role provides locksmithing and commercial security services to business clients, helping protect their properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and replace locks at commercial properties.
• Cut keys to specifications using hand and power tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic locks, access controls, and related security systems.
• Respond to client questions and concerns with professional, customer-focused service.
• Assess security vulnerabilities and recommend solutions tailored to client needs.
• Document completed services and materials used to support accurate inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to deliver comprehensive security solutions.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of locksmithing experience preferred.
• Experience with locksmithing and key cutting recommended.
• Knowledge of security systems and troubleshooting preferred.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Industry certifications such as CLCP are a plus.
• Familiarity with locksmithing software and tools is an advantage.

Compensation and Employment
