Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and replace locks in various commercial properties efficiently and accurately. Cut keys to exact specifications using both hand and power tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic locks and access control systems. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Assess security vulnerabilities and recommend tailored solutions to enhance safety. Maintain detailed records of all services performed and materials used for inventory management. Collaborate with team members and departments to provide comprehensive security solutions. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 years of locksmithing experience preferred. Experience with key cutting and locksmithing tools recommended. Knowledge of security systems and troubleshooting techniques preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation are essential. Certifications such as CLCP (Certified Locksmith) are a plus.
