Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial locking systems, including mechanical locks and electronic access controls, ensuring optimal security for clients. Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate security needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with client business operations. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving lock and security system issues efficiently. Perform routine maintenance and emergency lockout services to minimize downtime and maintain client satisfaction. Document service calls accurately , maintaining detailed records of time, materials, and work performed for accountability and future reference. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery across projects. Stay informed on locksmithing industry trends and emerging technologies to offer clients the most effective security solutions. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma or equivalent education. Proven locksmithing experience, preferably with a focus on commercial properties. Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills to handle diverse locking mechanisms and electronic security systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred: Certification from a recognized locksmithing program or relevant industry credentials. Experience with electronic access control systems and advanced security technologies.
