Commercial Property Manager

Tasks

• Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with pride and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
• Conduct property inspections and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and collections.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and vendor performance.
• Manage lease renewals and tenant relations.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with your support team.
• Find creative solutions, improve processes, and make properties better!

Requirements

• 3+ years of property management experience preferred (commercial experience a plus!).
• Active Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• A problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
• Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
• Experience with Yardi, Microsoft Office, and Asana is a plus.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a sense of ownership.
