We're seeking an experienced Transaction Manager to support a fast-paced commercial real estate brokerage. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, keeps deals moving, and provides exceptional operational support from proposal through closing.Commercial real estate experience and hands-on CoStar experience are required.
ResponsibilitiesManage transactions from proposal through closingCoordinate property searches, surveys, and toursPrepare and revise proposals, contracts, and redlinesTrack critical dates, deposits, commissions, and deal milestonesPrepare financial comparisons and transaction summariesUpdate CRM and maintain accurate transaction recordsCoordinate representation agreements, invoices, and commission calculationsSend follow-ups to keep transactions on scheduleManage calendars, meeting notes, and internal reportingSupport marketing initiatives, team communications, and brokerage operationsCoordinate client gifts, referrals, Google reviews, and post-closing follow-up
Qualifications2+ years of commercial real estate experienceHands-on CoStar experience (required)Experience supporting commercial real estate transactionsStrong understanding of contracts, due diligence, and transaction coordinationExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systemsAbility to manage multiple transactions independently
