Commercial Rekey Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Commercial Rekey Specialist to join our team in Cave Creek, Arizona. This full-time position is vital for our company as we aim to enhance the security and service experiences of our clients. The role entails working closely within a team and independently to provide locksmithing services that meet various customer needs, ensuring safety and satisfaction in all our interactions. Key Responsibilities Perform rekeying services for commercial properties, ensuring locks operate smoothly and securely. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to lock and key services. Maintain accurate records of services performed and inventory of keys and locks. Diagnose lock issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their rekeying needs and advise on best practices. Adhere to safety protocols while performing locksmithing tasks to ensure a safe working environment. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while meeting client deadlines. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated skills in locksmithing and technical problem-solving. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Experience in the locksmithing industry is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant certifications in locksmithing or security systems are a plus. Have your own reliable vehicle. Have your own tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed. This is an independent contractor position. Pay is per job.
