Job description
About the role
The incumbent will support and adhere to the Mission/Vision of the organization to provide services to the community of Beardys & Okemasis Cree Nation (BOCN).
Tasks
- Participates in Health Centre community health, treatment and surveillance programs and activities.
- Providing and promoting the delivery of a high standard of community health.
- Acts independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, to promote, plan, implement and support activities, programs, and client/community care.
- Liaising between clients, families, the community and health care providers to educate, advocate, and support holistic wellness.
