Job description
Tasks
- Lead community outreach, health education, and engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate psychosocial support groups and provide individualized peer support.
- Connect individuals to healthcare, mental wellness services, and community resources.
- Support client recruitment, retention, documentation, and program reporting.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in public health, social work, human services, or a related field.
- Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and group facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of HIV prevention, care, and supportive services.
- Preferred: Lived experience with HIV, CHW certification, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole.
