About the role

Greystar is hiring a Community Manager - Alta Riverside to manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned property. The role oversees team members, daily activities, and property resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide input into property budgets by analyzing financial statements, reviewing marketing information, and assessing operational reports.
  • Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring rent and fees are collected and posted on time.
  • Make financial bank deposits and prepare and review monthly financial status reports.
  • Approve invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment.
