About Us The Laundry Basket® LLC is a veteran-founded, socially conscious, on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning service committed to convenience, sustainability, and community impact. We’re expanding into Houston and looking for dynamic, part-time Community Operations Ambassadors to be our local brand champions. Position Overview As a Community Operations Ambassador, you will be the face and voice of The Laundry Basket® in your city. You’ll represent the brand at local events, networking functions, and laundromat partner locations, while also ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who loves meeting people, is detail-oriented, and enjoys connecting businesses with the community. Responsibilities Represent The Laundry Basket® at community events, networking meetups, and local activations. Monitor laundromat partner locations to ensure brand standards are met (cleanliness, signage, customer service). Serve as a liaison between customers, laundromat partners, and our main office. Assist with local marketing campaigns, flyers, and promotional materials. Collect and report customer feedback. Document visits and events with photos and brief written recaps. Requirements Must be local to Houston. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend events, sometimes on evenings or weekends. Previous experience in customer service, retail, events, or promotions preferred. Comfortable working independently with weekly check-ins.
