Join a growing team and make a real impact in your community! As a Community Outreach Representative, you will build relationships, promote employment opportunities, and help connect job seekers with meaningful careers.

KEY OBJECTIVE:
- Develop and maintain community partnerships that create awareness of workforce solutions, attract qualified talent, and support hiring initiatives by connecting local communities with employment opportunities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, churches, workforce organizations, community groups, and other strategic partners.
- Attend networking events, job fairs, workshops, and hiring events to represent our mission and opportunities.
- Increase awareness of employment opportunities and develop strong candidate pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to expand the presence in the local market and support workforce development initiatives.
- Connect qualified candidates with meaningful careers and support hiring goals across multiple industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, social services, HR, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in community outreach, recruiting, workforce development, communications, or related role.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse populations.
- Relationship-building and networking expertise.
- Comfort with public speaking and community presentations.
- Strong organization and project management capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends for events.
- Valid TX driver’s license.
