Community Recruitment Specialist

Tasks

• Build participant recruitment pipelines through community outreach, referrals, events, and social media
• Identify, engage, screen, and recruit qualified participants
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and referral networks
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, and in-person events
• Track leads, follow-ups, and recruitment progress
• Identify new channels and strategies to increase recruitment

Requirements

• Experience in community, participant, field, or outreach recruitment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience leveraging social media, referrals, events, or community partnerships
