Job description
Seeking a full-time CDL A company driver for port-based work in the New York and New Jersey area. This role delivers local and regional freight, with daily home time and dedicated routes.
Responsibilities
- Drive company trucks to deliver freight from NY/NJ ports on local and regional routes.
- Operate both automatic and manual transmission trucks.
- Complete assigned moves and additional stops as needed.
- Follow applicable safety requirements and pass a drug test.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of clean CDL A driving experience.
- Valid CDL A license and medical card.
- Valid TWIC card.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual trucks.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is per move; compensation is listed as $1,000.00–$1,500.00 per week.
- Fuel card and paid toll fees.
- Detention pay and extra-stop pay.
- Daily home time on dedicated local and regional routes.
