Job description
BWY Transport Inc is seeking experienced CDL-A company drivers for 1099 driving opportunities based in the East Brainerd, Tennessee area. Run mostly drop-and-hook dry van freight in a family-run environment, with direct customer freight and a regional network designed to help reduce wait times and keep drivers moving.
Route and Freight Details
- Mostly Southeast regional routes, with some Midwest freight and runs along the I-81 corridor
- All dry van freight; no-touch loads
- Mostly drop-and-hook freight with customer trailer pools
- Home time is negotiable based on your area
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay is $0.60 per mile, with increases based on experience, tenure, and performance
- Top performers earn $1,300–$1,700 per week
- Vacation and holiday pay
- $2,000 driver referral bonus
- Pet and passenger policies are available
Owner-Operator Terms
Owner-operators are welcome and are paid a percentage of the load, plus 100% of the fuel surcharge on every load.
Requirements
