Requirements

  • Experience in compensation benchmarking and salary survey analysis
  • Mandatory experience with Mercer, Radford, or Aon Hewitt compensation surveys
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and large spreadsheet management
  • Experience analyzing compensation data, market pay trends, and employee compensation
  • Technology industry background, preferably with a leading technology company
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • 2–6 years preferred
