Job description
Requirements
- Must be local to Portland, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of HR Administration experience
- Knowledge of compensation programs, job classifications, salary surveys, and compensation structures
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage small projects from planning through implementation
- Compensation administration experience preferred
- Experience with union contracts preferred
Schedule
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Remote with occasional onsite visits
