Compensation Consultant

Tasks

• Develop compensation strategies, pay structures, and programs.
• Lead compensation analyses and support large-scale consulting engagements.
• Manage client relationships and coach junior team members.
• Support business development, expand engagements, and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Use compensation technology and AI-enabled tools to improve delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in compensation strategy, market analysis, incentive plans, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing complex projects and advising senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Global consulting experience, business development success, and familiarity with compensation and survey management tools are valuable advantages.
• US work authorization is required.

Schedule

• Hybrid - minimum 3 days per week in the office or with clients
