Compliance Operations Specialist Privacy AI Governance

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Specialist to support the execution of enterprise compliance programs across Privacy, Responsible AI, Integrity, and Risk Management initiatives. This role serves as a trusted operational partner to cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance processes are executed efficiently, consistently, and at scale while enabling business growth and innovation.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with exceptional organizational skills and experience working in compliance, governance, risk management, audit, or privacy-related environments. This individual will collaborate with Legal, Security, Customer Success, Product, and other business functions to evaluate compliance requirements, support customer and vendor requests, execute operational compliance reviews, and contribute to continuous process improvement through automation and AI-enabled solutions.This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex operational challenges, working across multiple stakeholders, and driving high-quality execution in a fast-paced technology environment.
Tasks:
Execute operational compliance activities supporting Privacy, Responsible AI, Integrity, and Risk Management programs.Review third-party supplier and partner compliance documentation, including privacy, security, and integrity due diligence requirements.Support customer and prospect compliance requests by completing privacy, security, governance, and regulatory questionnaires.Conduct operational reviews related to internal compliance processes, employee requests, data governance, and policy adherence.Evaluate compliance documentation to ensure alignment with internal standards, regulatory obligations, and corporate policies.Collaborate closely with Legal, Security, Product, Customer Success, Procurement, and other business partners to resolve compliance-related requests.Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing guidance on compliance processes, governance standards, and operational requirements.Manage multiple compliance workstreams simultaneously while consistently meeting service level agreements and business priorities.Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compliance activities through AI-enabled tools, workflow optimization, and process improvements.Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and operational records supporting compliance initiatives.Monitor recurring operational issues and recommend scalable improvements to strengthen efficiency and reduce operational risk.Contribute to the continuous enhancement of compliance frameworks, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and self-service resources.Support internal audits, risk assessments, and governance initiatives by preparing documentation and coordinating required deliverables.Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence while maintaining a strong compliance culture throughout the organization.Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive customer, employee, and company information at all times.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related discipline.4+ years of professional experience in Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, Audit, Privacy, Legal Operations, Internal Controls, or similar operational functions.Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance processes, and risk management principles.Experience reviewing customer compliance questionnaires, vendor assessments, third-party due diligence, or operational compliance requests.Familiarity with cloud technologies, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and enterprise software environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.High attention to detail with strong documentation and process management skills.Proficiency using enterprise productivity and collaboration platforms.
