Compliance Supervisor

Lead, coach, and develop Manila-based Compliance team members supporting U.S.-based Compliance operations. Serve as the primary people leader for the Compliance Generalist team, including performance management, goal setting, career development, and employee engagement activities. Partner with stateside Compliance leadership to align staffing support, operational priorities, service expectations, and escalation management processes. Monitor team performance, productivity, SLAs, quality outcomes, and operational metrics to ensure delivery expectations are achieved. Facilitate regular team meetings, coaching discussions, feedback sessions, and development planning activities. Address employee relations matters, attendance concerns, performance issues, and escalation items in partnership with HR and leadership as appropriate. Identify operational improvement opportunities and support implementation of standardized workflows, process enhancements, and scalability initiatives. Foster a culture of compliance, accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the GBS Compliance team. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, confidentiality standards, compliance expectations, and operational procedures.
