Compounder - Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties:
- Measure and weigh raw materials according to production formulas.
- Mix and blend ingredients following batch records and company procedures.
- Operate compounding and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Inspect materials and finished batches for quality and consistency.
- Accurately complete production paperwork and batch documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements:
- Previous compounding, blending, manufacturing, or food/pharmaceutical production experience required.
- Must be dependable and able to work the full Monday–Thursday schedule.
- Must be comfortable working with powders and production materials.
- Must be able to follow detailed written instructions and production procedures.
- Must be able to lift and move materials as required.

Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Location: Garland, TX
