Job description
Join our team and be part of a reliable and growing computer service business in Sorsogon.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair laptops and desktop computers
2. Perform hardware and software installation and configuration
3. Reinstall / troubleshoot Windows, drivers and applications
4. Replace and upgrade computer parts (RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, etc.)
5. Provide excellent customer service and clear technical explanation
QUALIFICATIONS
1. With experience in laptop and desktop troubleshooting and repair
2. Knowledgeable in hardware, software, and basic electronics
3. Can diagnose and resolve issues independently
4. Familiar with Windows OS, drivers, and common applications
5. Detail-oriented, honest, and willing to learn
