Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
• Review and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet project specifications.
• Ensure concrete formwork is properly aligned and secured prior to pouring.
• Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, smoothing, and sealing concrete surfaces.
• Inspect finished work to verify compliance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following all safety regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other trades to meet project deadlines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in concrete form setting and finishing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of industry safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor efficiently.

The Concrete Finisher will work closely with laborers, supervisors, and other construction professionals to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion. Familiarity with tools such as trowels, screeds, and concrete finishing machines is essential. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Pay: $25 per hour
