Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and finish concrete surfaces with precision.
• Review and interpret blueprints and drawings to meet project specifications.
• Ensure concrete formwork is properly aligned and secured before pouring.
• Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, smoothing, and sealing concrete.
• Inspect finished work to confirm compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following all safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other trades to meet project deadlines.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in concrete form setting and finishing.
• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

The Concrete Finisher will report to the Site Supervisor and collaborate closely with laborers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Common tools include trowels, screeds, and concrete finishing machines. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Compensation: $25 per hour
