We're partnering with a well-established organization seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of accounting responsibilities, and playing a key role in daily financial operations.The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience working with enterprise accounting systems.

What You'll Do

Process and review high-volume accounts payable transactionsVerify invoice accuracy, coding, and supporting documentationGenerate customer invoices and assist with collections activitiesMonitor outstanding balances and maintain accurate recordsEnter and maintain financial data within the company's accounting systemSupport account reconciliations and month-end close activitiesAssist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and financial reportingMaintain compliance-related documentation and recordsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial processesProvide general accounting and administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

2+ years of accounting experience in a high-volume environmentExperience with Sage 300 / TimberlineStrong understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general accounting proceduresAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience supporting month-end processes and account reconciliations preferredPractical, hands-on accounting experience valued
