Construction Laborer

Reliable personal transportation — required
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
Valid driver's license required
Dependable and punctual
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Able to perform physical labor and lift/carry materials
Comfortable working on ladders and around residential construction sites
Basic construction/remodeling experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and take direction
Able to work well as part of a small crew
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Assist with interior and exterior door installation
Help build and repair decks, stairs, and railings
Assist with residential remodeling projects
Help with framing, demolition, drywall, trim, and general carpentry
Load, unload, and move materials
Use basic hand and power tools
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Protect customers’ homes and property
Assist the crew with daily construction tasks
