Construction Laborer

Tasks

• Manual construction labor to erect on farm drying system, conveyors, transfers, tanks, warehouse using hammer, power drill, straps, ladders, screws, nails, bolts
• Use shovel and rake to level dirt for pouring concrete; pour footings and floors
• Assemble sheets of steel by following a set pattern
• Unload, reassemble and connect, including using hand tools, drying and milling equipment
• Replace bearings, flashing, sprockets, gears, and pullies; inspect and replace as needed
• Follow food safety guidelines and policies at all times
• Drive farm vehicle to haul off scraps and to obtain items like sheets of metal, steel beams

Requirements

• Visa required: H-2A
• Must speak and understand English
• Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold
• Lift and carry supplies
• Follow instructions
• Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker

Schedule

• Temporary
• From Dec 21, 2026 to Mar 1, 2027

Pay

• $19.59 per hour
