Job description
Tasks
- Remove snow, insulate, maintain, repair and remodel existing agricultural buildings.
- Remove snow using tractors, trucks and skid steer loaders from agricultural building sites.
- Repair agricultural buildings during the offseason while in less use or when needed to protect valuable equipment or livestock from the cold.
- Haul agricultural commodities as needed.
- Place insulating materials on the inside and outside of agricultural buildings to insulate livestock from cold using trucks, ladders, hand and power tools.
Requirements
- Visa required: H-2A
- Must be able to lift and carry 75lbs for 75 yards.
- Must be able to obtain valid drivers license and work in temperature extremes.
- 3 months of agricultural building maintenance required.
Schedule
- From Nov 15, 2026 to Apr 15, 2027
Pay
- $19.75 per hour
