Job description
Tasks
- Lead their Project Management team.
- Overseeing multiple projects, and driving successful project delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, and client expectations are met.
Requirements
- Strong background in ICI Construction (Industrial, Commercial & Institutional).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
- Experience leading and managing teams of Project Managers (PMs) and Project Coordinators (PCs).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leader who can support their team while maintaining a big-picture view of project performance.
- Experience with a General Contractor required
Pay
- $160,000 – $180,000
