Job description
Requirements
- Ideal candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Philadelphia region.
- Hands-on field experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
- CHST – Construction Health and Safety Technician
- CSP – Certified Safety Professional
- ASP – Associate Safety Professional
- STSC – Safety Trained Supervisor Construction
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training
- OSHA 510 and or 500
- Experience with OSHA 1926 Construction Standards
- Construction site inspections, hazard recognition, incident investigations, and contractor safety oversight
- Experience supporting general contractors, subcontractors, and large-scale construction projects
- Certifications are a plus, but real-world cons
Schedule
- Full-time
Pay
- $85,000 – $120,000 annually, based on position, experience, and qualifications
- OVERTIME PAY for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek!
