Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead the field operations of ground-up projects throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering education, municipal, government, institutional, or other commercial construction projects involving concrete and/or structural steel construction. About the Role
Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achievedCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnelLead daily site meetings and communicate project goals effectivelyMaintain a safe job site and enforce company safety policiesIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delaysCoordinate inspections and owner walkthroughsMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and project stakeholders
Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Commercial SuperintendentDemonstrated experience on education, K-12, higher education, municipal, civic, government, or institutional projectsExperience managing projects involving structural steel and/or cast-in-place concrete constructionAbility to read and interpret construction documents and schedulesExperience coordinating MEP trades and complex building systemsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools
Required Skills

Essential Skills
Experience managing large scale projects involving structural steel and/or cast-in-place concrete constructionExperience as Lead Superintendent on $50M+ projects.
Pay range and compensation package
Base salary $120,000 — $150,000 + bonus. Vehicle allowance or company vehicle. Comprehensive health benefits. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off and holidays. Strong backlog of work and long-term career growth. Opportunity to lead impactful projects that benefit local communities and schools.
