Assist with assembly and installation of structures and frameworks. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Operate machinery and tools safely under instruction. Perform regular quality checks and report issues promptly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines. Work across multiple construction sites, collaborating with foremen, electricians, and other trades professionals to ensure project success. Your performance will be measured by safety compliance, adherence to project timelines, and quality workmanship. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
