Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints to complete construction tasks accurately.
- Participate in daily site clean-up and organization to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in assembly and installation of structures, frameworks, and components.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Operate machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Conduct regular quality checks and report issues to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines established by Subarna.
You will collaborate daily with foremen, electricians, and other tradespeople, ensuring project timelines and quality workmanship are met. Success in this role is measured by safety compliance, timely project completion, and high-quality results.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
