Key Responsibilities Interpret and work from blueprints to complete construction tasks accurately. Participate in daily site clean-up and organization to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in the assembly and installation of structures, frameworks, or other components. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure coordination of tasks. Operate machinery and tools safely and competently under instruction. Conduct regular quality checks of work performed and report any issues to supervisors. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines established by the organization.
