Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Assist in setting up and breaking down construction sites, ensuring materials are organized and accessible. Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling materials as needed. Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and construction regulations to maintain a secure worksite. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about project progress and challenges. Support the installation of various construction materials and components as directed. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in construction or a related field is preferred. Strong ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Knowledge of construction safety procedures and regulations. This role reports to a Site Supervisor and works closely with a diverse construction team. You will also collaborate with other trades and specialists on larger projects.
