• Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in organizing and managing construction materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during construction activities.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional construction certifications preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in construction or related fields.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
