Your role will be vital in interpreting blueprints, managing project tasks, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans. Assist in project management to meet timelines and budgets. Collaborate with team members and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Maintain a clean and safe worksite following all safety protocols. Perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, and operating machinery. Participate in team meetings and communicate project progress or issues. Report construction progress and identify areas for improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Experience in construction preferred. Basic knowledge of construction tools and machinery. 1-3 years of relevant experience is a plus.
