Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Tasks

• Create, edit and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
• Brainstorm content strategy with the founder.
• Sometimes in front of the camera, sometimes behind it.
• Write captions and reply to comments and DMs in a warm, human voice.
• Create and manage our email campaigns in Klaviyo, turning your best content into emails.
• Find and shortlist Aussie creators, send outreach, follow up and track results.
• Keep our content calendar and creator tracker up to date.
• Send a short weekly update on what's working, what's trending and what to try next.
• Share your best content so top posts can become ads.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Instagram and TikTok.
• Your own laptop and phone.
• Your own page shows candid, creative lifestyle shots, and you know how to edit engaging content.
• You've shot on a disposable or film camera before and want to shoot more. We'll teach you the rest!
• You enjoy explaining the numbers in plain English and hitting your deadlines.
• A marketing background, or studying marketing, is a big plus!

Schedule

• Casual role with flexible hours.
• Paid 1–2 week trial.

Pay

• Get paid to shoot film (we’ll provide the camera and film)

• Email your resume, your general area, your Instagram or TikTok link, a portfolio or examples of your work if you have them, and a short pitch for one Reel idea.
• A 30–60 second video is optional.
• Applications close Sunday 25 October.

Location

• Ideally Melbourne-based, but we welcome applicants from across Australia.
• Shoot wherever you are: at home, with friends, at the beach or at a concert.
