Continuous Improvement Engineer

Tasks

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects using Lean, WCM, PDCA, A3, and Kaizen.
• Identify improvement opportunities through Gemba Walks and KPI analysis.
• Analyze OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime, manpower, and changeover losses.
• Perform time & motion studies, line balancing, capacity analysis, Takt Time and Cycle Time evaluations.
• Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement projects.
• Implement and strengthen 5S, VSM, Standard Work, SMED, Poka-Yoke, TPM, and Visual Management.
• Lead root cause analysis and follow-up actions with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Logistics.
• Measure and communicate project results, savings, and sustainable improvements.
• Support the implementation and maturity of WCM methodologies across the plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Problem Solving
• Experience with OEE, Kaizen, A3, PDCA, SMED, VSM and/or TPM
• Intermediate to Advanced English
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• WCM experience is highly desirable
