Contract Administrator

Position: Contracts Administrator Location: Heredia, Costa Rica (Onsite) Duration: 4+ month contract with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion
Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a variety of contracts.Partner with Sales, Services, and Legal teams to structure agreements.Review contracts for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from request intake through execution and distribution.Coordinate contract reviews with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on contract terms, policies, and non-standard language.Draft and revise contract language and negotiate contract modifications.Support continuous improvement of contract management processes and systems.Provide administrative support to the Legal department, including research, correspondence, and record-keeping.Handle multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience managing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in a corporate environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience working in a legal department or law firm is a strong plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Apttus).Experience with electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign or Adobe Acrobat Sign (formerly EchoSign).Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.Comfortable working with contract redlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
