Contract Quote Operations Analyst

About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract & Quote Operations Analyst to support customer contract changes and quote amendments throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will review existing customer agreements, analyze requested changes, and determine the best way to update contracts while ensuring accuracy across multiple business systems. You will work closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Billing, and Order Processing to ensure contract modifications are processed correctly and efficiently. What You'll Do Review customer contracts, quotes, and historical transactions to determine the appropriate contract amendment approach. Create and process quote amendments based on customer requests and business requirements. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Billing, and Operations teams to coordinate contract updates. Maintain accurate contract and quote information in Salesforce and other business systems. Research and validate contract details across multiple platforms to ensure data accuracy. Document findings and maintain records for audit and compliance purposes. Support month-end and financial close activities by meeting critical processing deadlines. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. Provide timely and professional support to internal stakeholders and customers. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales Operations Contract Administration Quote Management Order Management/Order Processing Revenue Operations Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with multiple systems and tools simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Salesforce, CPQ, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems. Knowledge of contract management, billing, or revenue operations processes. Familiarity with financial close cycles or accounting-related processes. Experience supporting SaaS, technology, or subscription-based businesses.
