About the role

for a specialist physical technology recruiter, covering robotics, aerospace and defence, manufacturing, automotive and mobility.

They're scaling from 30 to 150 recruiters over the next 4 to 5 years, with contract set to make up half the business.

Tasks

• Youd build a team from scratch across the UK and Europe, with scope to scale to 10.

Requirements

• If you are a great Principal or Managing Consultant, contract focused, and ready to take that step up

Schedule

• hybrid
• Contract

Pay

• £60k to £75k base, up to £80k for exceptional talent
• No-threshold commission, 10% to 20% per runner, rising to 30% to 40% with kickers
