Contracts Specialist

Position Title: Contracts SpecialistLocation: San Antonio, Heredia CR (Hybrid)Expected Duration of Project: 6+ Months project extendable
Responsibilities:• Manage the end-to-end contract review process, from contract generation through execution and final distribution.• Coordinate with legal, sales, and cross-functional teams during contract reviews.• Review, negotiate, and process contract modifications while ensuring compliance with company policies.• Draft and revise contract language as needed.• Support continuous improvement of contract management systems and processes.• Maintain effective cross-departmental collaboration and assist with special projects.
Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of Contract Administration experience.• Fluent English communication skills.• Experience working with Sales Teams.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Experience with contract management systems such as Salesforce, Apttus (preferred), or Conga.• Ability to draft amendments related to Schedule A Agreements.
