Job description

Requirements

5 plus years of contract negotiation experience
Experience with healthcare, health insurance, IT, SaaS, and cloud services agreements
Expertise in MSAs, SOWs, contract drafting, redlining, and commercial negotiations
Knowledge of PHI, PII, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), privacy, and data security compliance
Experience in contract risk assessment, supplier management, and cross-functional coordination
Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools such as Oracle or Ironclad is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred. CPSM, CCCM, CPCM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
Michigan residents only.

Schedule

10 plus Month Contract
Remote with possibility of 1 day onsite per week in Detroit, MI
