Job description
Tasks
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items
- Performing GL account reconciliations, analysis, and discrepancy research
- Preparing and filing sales and use tax returns
- Supporting month-end close including journal entries and account review
- Working in Acumatica ERP and supporting ongoing post-implementation reporting work
- Helping stabilize Acumatica reporting and providing broader oversight of reconciliations and the close process
Requirements
- Hands-on bank and GL reconciliation experience, plus sales and use tax reporting
- Acumatica ERP experience strongly preferred and required for Controller-level consideration
- Microsoft Dynamics background a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a small-team environment and stepping in quickly
