Job description
About the role
We’re a three-site organization - London, Kitchener and Lucan - with 157 suites and approximately 200 Associates, licensed as a retirement home.
Tasks
- financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, controls, audit, cash flow and clear reporting to me, our senior leadership team and our shareholder Board.
- broader corporate oversight of our HR and IT systems and practices, working collaboratively with me and our operational leaders as those systems continue to evolve.
Requirements
- Ideally, this person will have their CPA and experience in a multi-site or service-based organization.
- Experience in retirement living or healthcare would be helpful, but it’s certainly not essential.
- will need to be comfortable being regularly present in London, Lucan and St. Marys as needed.
