CONVEYOR BELT SUPERVISOR
Minimum 10 to 15 Years Experience Required

POSITION: CONVEYOR BELT SUPERVISOR

Minimum 10 to 15 years of proven hands on experience in conveyor belt operations, installation, splicing, maintenance, and supervision
Strong experience with steel cord and fabric conveyor belts
Solid knowledge of hot vulcanizing, cold vulcanizing, mechanical splicing, belt installation, tracking, and repair works
Ability to supervise, coach and create work plans, safety and efficiently on site
Experience working in mines, cement plants, quarries, ports, and heavy industrial environments
Strong knowledge of safety procedures, tools, equipment, planning, and quality control
Able to read and coordinate conveyor belt maintenance and installation work according to site requirements
Leadership and team coordination experience is essential

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 to 15 years relevant industry experience
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Good understanding of industrial safety standards
Able to manage teams and coordinate site activities
Willing to travel to work at various project sites
Experience in mining or heavy industrial environments is preferred
