Tasks

• Prepare meats, vegetables, and other ingredients required for line cooking using flat top grill, deep fryer, and pizza oven.
• Cook food items to menu specifications and recipes, including sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas.
• Follow recipes and portion standards when preparing food items.
• Assist with preparation of non-cooked food items.
• Use safe and sanitary food handling procedures throughout all stages of food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking and prep areas, workstation, and kitchen equipment.
• Receive, rotate, and store inventory in designated areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Dispose of trash and food preparation waste.

Requirements

• Basic English skills.
• 12 months of experience as a cook or in a related cooking position required.
• Visa required: H-2B

Schedule

• From Nov 15, 2026 to Mar 31, 2027

Pay

• $16.00 - $21.00
