Key Responsibilities: • Assign and coordinate loads for company trucks. • Negotiate with brokers and shippers to secure the best possible loads. • Monitor routes and provide real-time support to drivers. • Manage schedules to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries. • Work with load boards and TMS platforms (DAT, Truckstop, Super Dispatch, etc.). • Maintain accurate communication and records for each shipment.
