MULTISERVICIOS LAM-CARGO S.A.C. is hiring a full-time Shipment Tracking Coordinator in Breña, Lima, Peru. In this on-site logistics role, you will help keep shipments moving efficiently and ensure deliveries reach their destinations on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor shipment statuses and coordinate with carriers to support timely delivery.
- Update and maintain accurate shipment and delivery records in company systems.
- Arrange follow-up meetings with the logistics team and other departments.
- Resolve shipment issues and identify prompt, effective solutions.
- Work with customer service to keep customers informed about order statuses.
- Prepare weekly reports on shipment performance and delivery metrics.
- Recommend and implement tracking and delivery process improvements.
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education.
- Office software, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with shipment management systems is an advantage.
