QUALIFICATION
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in monitoring employee attendance, performance, and productivity
• With at least 6 months of experience in coordination, supervision, or team management
• Knowledge in report preparation, documentation, and administrative tasks
• Ability to handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally
• Willing to conduct field monitoring and personnel coordination
