Requirements
- 12+ Years
- Strong Core Java and Spring Boot experience
- JVM tuning, garbage collection (GC), heap/thread dumps, and memory management
- Application performance optimization and concurrency debugging
- Distributed tracing tools – Dynatrace / AWS X-Ray
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Hazelcast
- Exposure to AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, or PCF
- Root cause analysis and production performance troubleshooting
- Database, networking, and cloud performance optimization
